Lambhill stables would like to encourage people of all ages to take part in a range of activities. Bring your whole family along to take part in the following activities.
Gardening - Lets bring the old and young together growing vegetables and produce for sale in the local community. Healthy eating events will be organised using the produce grown by families, why not try out some recipes passed down through the generations?
Local history projects. – Did you know you lived in an area of great historical importance? We are working with interesting local history projects for all the family. Gran, show the kids where you grew up and how things have changed in the area. A great FREE day out for all the family!
Get involved promoting the canal and improving the local environment
We need a team of young and old to work on ideas to design waterside and countryside activities which will benefit your community. We really want to promote the use of the canal and surrounding marsh to young and old. Canoes?
